Imaginario del bullying y su vinculación a los servicios sociales. Voces desde futuros docentes de Educación Primaria

Abstract

[EN] The article presents a study on bullying and cyberbullying from social work and from Social Services. This concept is described through a qualitative research taking as context Spanish Elementary School students. We present a qualitative research with the aim of knowing the imaginary around bullying, based on the interpretive paradigm and a design based on grounded theory. The results presented prove how bullying is recorded as a rejection, abuse, direct or indirect attack by one or more individuals. The reflected causes that influence the person to take an aggressive or defensive attitude are manifested. Finally, it presents preventive measures from the school, and the figure of Social Services that is unknown by any sector.

[ES] El artículo presenta un estudio del bullyng y ciberbullyng desde el trabajo social y los Servicios Sociales. Dicho concepto se describe a través de una investigación cualitativa tomando como contexto España con alumnado de Grado de Maestro de primaria. Se presenta una investigación cualitativa con el objetivo de conocer el imaginario en torno al bullying, a partir del paradigma interpretativo y mediante un diseño basado en la teoría fundamentada. Los resultados presentados confirman cómo el bullyng es registrado como un rechazo, un abuso, un ataque directo o indirectamente de una o más personas. Se manifiestan las causas reflejadas que influyen que la persona tome una actitud agresiva o a la defensiva. Por último, se presenta medidas preventivas desde el centro escolar, y la figura de los Servicios Sociales que es desconocido por algún sector.
