Competitive advantage through efficient internal and external warehouses management

[EN] The primary target of this project is to show that the correct design and a good internal management of the elements that compose a warehouse can be obtained through competitive advantage, being efficient. One of the most important objectives of the warehouses is to have the correct product in the correct place in the correct time. Therefore, if the warehouse obtains it we can say that its management is efficient. In order to be able to have good warehouse management, it is necessary to have the knowledge of all the elements in place. The function of the warehouses. After making theoretical study of the operation and the elements that comprise of the warehouses I am going to study a real warehouse and comparing its design, its distribution, its elements with the theoretical study, coming to one solution and proposal for possible improvements.
