Abstract

[ES] "Del territorio al objeto (y vuelta)" analiza la obra del estudio CREUSeCARRASCO desde una perspectiva crítica y reflexiva, destacando su coherencia entre pensamiento, discurso y práctica arquitectónica. Una arquitectura que se concibe como forma de resistencia ante la instrumentalización de un oficio, enraizada en la experiencia, la memoria del lugar y una profunda dimensión ética. Una práctica donde el proceso creativo y constructivo se presenta como un continuo hasta el habitar de sus espacios y donde cada proyecto emerge del diálogo con el territorio, la historia y la sociedad, configurando una arquitectura comprometida y sensible. A través de un recorrido sobre parte de su obra, se pone en valor una capacidad de traducir el contexto geográfico y cultural en proyectos que hibridan escalas, desde el territorio al objeto, lo público y lo privado a lo técnico y lo simbólico. Unenfoque que apuesta por una arquitectura que no impone sino que media, que interpreta y se ofrece como posibilidad de habitar con sentido. La obra de CREUSeCARRASCO se apoya tanto en la tradición como en la innovación, haciendo del objeto arquitectónico una pieza única en cada ocasión. Su arquitectura no es solo construcción de espacios, sino creación de vínculos y significados, con una atención meticulosa al detalle, al uso y a la experiencia del habitar, que refleja un compromiso ético con al arte de la arquitectura.

[EN] "From the territory to the object (and back again)" analyses the work of the CREUSeCARRASCO studio from a critical and reflective perspective, highlighting its coherence between thought, dis-course and architectural practice. An architecture that is conceived as a form of resistance to the instrumentalisation of a profession, rooted in experience, the memory of place and a profoundly ethical approach. A practical approach where the creative and constructive process is presented as a continuum right up to the inhabiting of its spaces, and where each project emerges from the dialogue with the territory, history and society, configuring a responsible and sensitive architecture. Through a journey through part of their work, the focus is on their ability to translate the geographical and cultural context into projects that hybridise scales, from the territory to the object , the public and the private to the technical and the symbolic. An approach that favours an architecture that does not impose but mediates, that interprets and offers itself as a possibility of inhabiting with meaning. The work of CREUSeCARRASCO is based on both tradition and in-novation, making the architectural object unique on each occasion. Their architecture not only entails the construction of spaces, but the creation of links and meanings, with meticulous atten-tion to detail, to the use and experience of inhabiting, which reflects an ethical commitment to the art of architecture.
