Estudio y análisis del patrimonio histórico con metodología BIM : proyecto de interiorismo : Edificio de la Calle de La Paz, 18 de Valencia

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado trata del estudio, análisis y propuesta de actuación del edificio situado en la Calle de la Paz nº18, diseñado por el arquitecto Don Antonio Martorell i Trilles. Para desarrollar el análisis y estudio del edificio, se seguirá una metodología de trabajo basada en la investigación del contexto histórico en el cual se diseña y construye nuestro edificio, un estudio del proyecto inicial así como de todas las modificaciones realizadas a lo largo del tiempo hasta nuestros días y el levantamiento de planos con las herramientas BIM del estado actual. Para el desarrollo de la propuesta de actuación, se realizará un análisis de la situación actual de mercado acotándolo a la Calle de la Paz, para valorar las opciones que nos ofrece el edificio tanto en sus locales comerciales como en el resto de sus plantas. Una vez realizado este estudio se llevará a cabo un levantamiento de planos con las herramientas BIM del estado propuesto. Durante la ejecución de todo este proceso, se ha podido evaluar el desarrollo que ha sufrido la Calle de la Paz y por tanto la ciudad de Valencia durante los siglos XIX, XX y XXI y como estos cambios se han reflejado en la arquitectura empleada en cada época.

[EN] The present Bachelor’s Thesis is about the study, the analysis and the remodelling for other use of a building located at 18 La Paz Street, Valencia, designed by the architect Don Antonio Martorell i Trilles. A workflow is followed to perform the analysis and the study of the building. This workflow is based on three points. First, the research of the historical context in which the building was designed and constructed. Then, the study of the initial project as well as any further modification carried out over the years till our days. Then, the drawing of the present state plans with the current BIM tools. The performing proposal will start with an analysis of current situation of the market, focusing on La Paz Street to assess the options that the building has in both, the business premises and the remaining floors. Once this study is carried out, the plans of the proposal state will be drawn using the current BIM tools. During the execution of all this process, the development of La Paz Street and, for extension, the city of Valencia over the last XIX, XX and XXI centuries, has been assessed; as well as all those changes have been reflected in the architecture of each period.
