Personne. La ciudad como espacio expositivo

Abstract

En este proyecto reflexiono sobre el concepto de artista y el rol que ejerce dentro de la sociedad capitalista, la cultura y el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad. Convirtiendo la ciudad en mi espacio expositivo y viendo la misma como un lugar para la habitabilidad, teniendo en cuenta la relación del emplazamiento, realizo instalaciones no autorizadas, reposicionamiento de obras de arte e intervenciones, que conllevan la valoración de la acción en sí misma como obra. En mi proyecto "#personne¿ nombrado así basándome en la etimología de la palabra francesa que significa, a su vez, tanto alguien como nadie. ya que este trabajo lleva implícito la idea de lo instantáneo y una imagen olvidada dentro del colectivo social dado que el arte se ha relegado a una mercancía, a un activo e inversión. De ahí mi trabajo ¿#personne¿, con el fin de rechazar el ideal de artista genio, con el objetivo de que la autoría de las obras, sean ellas en si mismas la propia identidad del arte, ahuyentando la autoría egocéntrica del artista, realzando el colectivo.

n this project I reflect on the concept of artist and the role he plays within capitalist society, culture and urban development of the city. Turning the city into my exhibition space and seeing it as a place for habitability, taking into account the relationship of the site, I realize unauthor-ized installations, re-positioning of works of art and interventions, which en-tail the valuation of the action itself same as work. In my project "#personne" named after the etymology of the French word that means, in turn, both someone and anyone, since this work has implicit the idea of the instantaneous and a forgotten image within the social collective given that Art has been relegated to a commodity, an asset and an investment. Hence my work "#personne", in order to reject the ideal genius artist, with the aim that the authorship of the works, are themselves in them-selves the identity of art, driving away the egocentric authorship of the artist, enhancing the collective.
