Restauración de la Iglesia del Castillo de Castelldefels

Abstract

[EN] As usual in all architectural interventions practised by SPAL, the works on the church of Castelldefels Castle are the result of a strict methodological analysis of the building and its surroundings, leading to an architectural proposal explained here by the author, Antoni González, as a result of three aims: to enhance the architectural and artistic values of the building , to adapt it to fulfil a new purpose and get as much information as possible about its very eventful and interesting history.

[ES] Como es habitual en todas las restauraciones arquitec­tónicas acometidas por el SPAL, la intervención en la iglesia del Castillo de Castelldefels es el resultado de una rigurosa metodología de análisis del edificio y su entorno, llegando a una propuesta arquitectónica, que es explicada por el autor, como resultado de tres objetivos: revalorizar los aspectos arquitectónicos y artísticos del edificio, adaptarlo funcionalmente para un nuevo uso cultural, y potenciar su capacidad informativa sobre una tan agitada e interesante historia, para reforzar su carácter significativo y emblemático.
