Abstract

[CA] Al TFG: "Mireia. L'extinció del gènere binari, la societat patriarcal, la doble moral cristiana i els tabús que arrastra", es presenta: Una video-instalació expositiva, formada per video-accions (registres de performances realitzades), objectes escultòrics de (bronze i llautó) "Atenea", "Tu próstata" y "Cervell en deconstrucció", a més del registre i difusió d¿ una campanya publicitària dedicada a la pròstata del cos femení i una acció en viu. Aquesta utilització variada dels suports es deu a que cadascun dels treballs ha sigut realitzat en diferents assignatures a partir d'una reflexió resultat de l'assimilació de vivències personals de tota una vida, en referència a la construcció de la pròpia identitat i en contraposició al concepte de gènere binari. L'obra tracta de com te n'adones a mesura que creixes, de que la societat que passa a través de tu, que et forma, és un producte patriarcal i capitalista creat per a mantindre certs mecanismes de poder i et fan vore en quin lloc estàs o hauries d¿estar. Però mostren la capacitat que tenim de netejar-nos de la manipulació delimitadora dels conceptes de masculinitat i feminitat i de l'associació d'estos a un sexe, així com de trencar amb els mecanismes d¿una sexualitat majoritària que defineix els nostres cossos i les nostres practiques sexuals al servei de mantenir els anomenats conceptes i convertir els nostres cossos en penetrables i penetradors, que taquen i tacats. El nostre punt de partida seria doncs, que tots els cossos poden expressar tots els rols. Els treballs són un reclam d'autoafirmació i autoconeixement, així com una mostra del poder de la ment i de com podem comprendre millor altres parts de nosaltres mateixos des d'altres percepcions com les artístiques, amb llenguatges com el desenvolupat en l'àmbit de la performance.
