ESTUDIO DE MERCADO Y PROPUESTA HERRAMIENTA WEB DE BÚSQUEDA DE EMPLEO PARA MÚSICOS

Abstract

Amb l'objectiu i motivació principal de trobar millors eixides professionals per a músics de tots els àmbits, aquest projecte consta d'un estudi de mercat o anàlisi de competència, seguit d'una proposta per a la creació d'una pàgina web per a la contractació de músics.

Al llarg del projecte s'inclou el desenvolupament d'un primer producte (conegut en termes de empreniment com a Mínim Producte Viable), on la proposta de valor és la creació d'una pàgina web que inclogui una base de dades d'agrupacions, a més d'altres eines que permeten una millor organització de l'esdeveniment per part del client. Comprovar la disponibilitat i el preu d'una agrupació, gestionar pagaments a través de la pàgina web o incloure recomanacions personalitzades en funció del tipus d'esdeveniment són algunes de les funcionalitats contemplades en aquesta primera etapa.

Per al desenvolupament tècnic del Mínim Producte Viable s'ha utilitzat el CMS Wordpress, mentre que para tot el relacionat amb estudi de mercat i estratègia s'han utilitzat tècniques pròpies de les metodologies àgils.

The main goal and motivation of this project is focused on finding better professional opportunities for musicians and their bands. This project consists of a competition analysis followed by a proposal for the creation of a website for hiring musicians.

Throughout the project the development of a first product is included (known in terms of entrepreneurship as Minimum Viable Product), where the value proposal is the creation of a website that includes a database of groups, in addition to other tools that allow a better organization of the event by the client. Checking the availability and price of the group, managing payments through the website or including personalized recommendations based on the type of event are some of the functionalities contemplated in this first stage.

For the technical development of the Minimum Viable Product, the Wordpress CMS has been used, while agile methodologies techniques have been involved for everything related to the market study and strategy.
