[ES] Different irrigation techniques were carried out during the maturation period in the Monastrell grapes during the 2016 campaign. These techniques were performed to determinate the effect that caused by the different qualities of the irrigation water and the different composition of this in the phenolic compounds of the grape seed. The grapes were harvested at the time of harvest. The weight of 100 berries, weight of seeds of the 100 berries, the relation between the weight of the berry and the seeds were determined. The seeds were subjected to extraction of polyphenolic compounds in a solution of acetone: water (2: 1). In this extract the concentration of total tannins, catechins and the total polyphenols index were determined. The molecular weight of the tannins, the percentage of gallolated subunits and the average degree of polymerization (mDP) of the tannins were also determined by HPLC. Consequently, these results served to know the importance of the different techniques applied to the variables analyzed.

[EN] The objective of this academic project is to know the effect of the biofumigation technique of the soil.
For it, we make an essay in an 800 m2 parcel situated in Alcacer in the SAIFRESC company. In this parcel after the biofumigation we sow carrots. We divide the parcel in sixteen parcels of 50 m2. In every parcel we sow three different crops. In four parcels we sow Raphanus sativus, in other four Sorghum spp ,other four with Sorghum sudanense and finally the last four parcels are used as a witness.
Temporally we collect soil samples of all the parcels to analyse them in the laboratory and to observe the presence of nematodes and arthropods. For this observation we use the Baermann funnel and the Berlese funnel. Also, we make three counts in a field of weed plants with five rings of 56cm diameter. Finally, we measure and weigh the carrots at the moment of the harvest.
In the winter months we do tests of biofumigation with Raphanus sativus in different parcels.
The objective of this academic project is to know the effect of the incorporation of plant material to the soil at the level of arthropods, nematodes and weeds. Also checking the effect in measure and weight on the harvest in the next crop. As well as knowing if there are differences between the different crops used in biofumigation.
