dc.description.abstract [EN] This submission deals with the personality of a university teacher as a member of an academic environment and a bearer of academic culture. The work also includes the results of a quantitative survey executed via questionnaire presenting the FF UCM (Philosophical Faculty of St. Cyril and Methodius University in Trnava) students´ views of university teachers and their perception of the teachers in the educational process of the university. The analysis of the opinions confirms that students not only perceive the personal qualities of a teacher, but also evaluate his/her educational activity. es_ES
