NATURALEZA.EXPERENCIA DEL LUGAR

Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Grado presenta un conjunto de pinturas que tienen como punto de partida la naturaleza y como tema principal el paisaje. La memoria y experiencia física del lugar es el concepto en el que se basa el proyecto. Un agradecimiento y homenaje a esos hermosos, bellos y magníficos lugares. Tras explorar un entorno natural, trataremos de captarlo mediante la fotografía para después interpretarlo a través de la pintura en un intento de plasmar no solo su apariencia sino, y sobre todo, la huella que ese lugar ha dejado en nosotros. Color, factura y composición son los elementos que analizaremos principalmente en nuestro recorrido. A lo largo del proceso, nuestras pinturas han ido evolucionando, de interpretaciones pictóricas más cercanas al referente fotográfico hacia trabajos con mayor grado de abstracción. En esa evolución nos han acompañado las reflexiones y modos de hacer de algunos artistas como Van Gogh, Soutine, Ansel Adams o Kirkeby. En esta memoria se exponen las inquietudes que llevan a la creación de la obra. La metodología empleada, los referentes que han influido y ayudado a realizarla, el resultado final y la evolución de nuestras ideas a lo largo del proceso.

This final project presents a set of paintings which have the nature as their starting point and the landscape as the main topic. The memory and physical experience of the place is the concept on which the project is based. An acknowledgement and tribute to those beautiful, gorgeous and magnificent places. After exploring a natural environment, we havel tried to capture it through photography and then interpret it through painting in an attempt to capture not only its appearance but, and above all, the imprint that place has left on us. Color, approach and composition are the elements that we will analyze mainly in our journey. Throughout the process, our paintings will evolve from pictorial interpretations closer to the photographic reference towards works with a greater degree of abstraction. In this evolution we will be accompanied by the reflections and approach of some artists such as Van Gogh, Soutine, Ansel Adams or Kirkeby. In this report will be exposed the concerns that lead to the creation of the work, the methodology used, the references that have influenced and helped to carry it out, the final result and possible changes in personal opinion.
