[ES] El Trabajo ofertado consiste en el diseño del casco de una embarcación ligera tipo Canoa-Kayac con capacidad para incorporar un sistema de impulsión de accionamiento mediante pedales. El casco debe incorporar en su forma un programa funcional para su uso en diferentes actividades en el medio acuático así como quedar adaptado a los requerimientos ergonómicos derivados de su uso.El trabajo comprende modelado 3D de las superficies del casco, la evaluación de la calidad de las superficies que forman el mismo, generación de un prototipo virtual sólido, simulación del funcionamiento, análisis de esfuerzos y fatiga del mismo, generación de documentación y planos de detalle.

[EN] This document is a step by step guide through the process followed to design a canoe-kayak lightweight boat hull for sports and recreational use using a 3D modeling software.
Initally, it expose the idea of modeling a lightweight boat hull that is able to include a mechanical propulsión system using pedals that can be used or not depending on user needs.
For achieving the goal, the first step was to make benchmarking between the main brands in kayak-selling horizon to get initial values an parameters for starting the modeling. After that, dimensions of the final product were calculated taking in consideration ergonomic and confort factors and prioritizing some qualities over the rest regarding to expected use of the product.
In the next step, the hull had to pass hydrodinamic, static and fatigue tests to see how it is suposed to act when being used in a real situation under repetitive hydrodinamic forces.
Finally, evaluated the suitability of the modeled kayak and conclussions were written from the results.
