Estudios previos de la Alquería del Moro

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo se centrará en la elaboración de los estudios previos de la Alquería del Moro, situada en el Barrio de Benicalap, en Valencia. Dichos estudios partirán de un análisis histórico y tipológico de este singular conjunto arquitectónico, así como el estudio estratigráfico, además de realizar un análisis patológico del edificio en su estado actual. La investigación de estos puntos se llevará a cabo mediante dos metodologías, en primer lugar se realizará una investigación bibliográfica y consulta de archivos en los que se pretende encontrar información histórica del conjunto. La segunda se llevará a cabo a través de una toma de datos en el lugar, mediante croquis y fotografías. Esta fase nos ayudará también a establecer otro punto muy significativo del trabajo, que es el análisis y estudio de las técnicas constructivas de la alquería, lo que nos ayudará a establecer otras características históricas del inmueble. A nivel histórico - urbanístico, se relacionará el conjunto con el barrio de Benicalap y la Valencia rural, tratando de conectar la ubicación de la alquería con la red de acequias y caminos principales de la zona. Todo ello se iniciará a partir de un análisis de la cartografía histórica disponible y continuará con el estudio histórico y morfológico de los alrededores de la alquería. Se pretende además, con este trabajo, realizar una catalogación de los elementos arquitectónicos del edificio, datando los elementos encontrados en las visitas, documentando cada elemento y situarlo en un periodo histórico según sus características. Además, se concluirá el trabajo con unas premisas clave de intervención para actuaciones futuras sobre la alquería, atendiendo a todos los puntos que se han analizado en los puntos anteriores, con el fin de evitar pérdidas materiales arquitectónicas e históricas en el caso de que se produzca en el edificio una intervención.

[EN] The present work will focus on the preparation of the preliminary studies of the farmhouse "Alquería del Moro", located in the neighborhood of Benicalap, in Valencia. These studies will start from a historical and typological analysis of this unique architectural set, as well as the stratigraphic study, as well as performing a pathological analysis of the building in its current state of conservation. The investigation of these points will be carried out by means of two methodologies: in the first one ,a bibliographical investigation and consultation of archives will be realized in which it is tried to find historical information of the building. The second will be carried out through a data capture in place, using sketches and photographs. This phase will also help us to establish another very significant point of the work, which is the analysis and study of the construction techniques of the farmhouse, which will help us to establish other historical characteristics of the property. At a historic - urban level, the whole will be related to the district of Benicalap and the concept of "rural Valencia", trying to connect the location of the farmhouse with the historical network of irrigation channels and main roads of the area. All this will begin with an analysis of the available historical cartography and will continue with the historical and morphological study of the surroundings of the farmhouse. It is also intended, with this work, to make a catalog of the architectural elements of the building, dating the elements found in the visits, documenting each element and placing it in a historical period according to its characteristics. In addition, the work will be concluded with key intervention premises for future actions on the farmhouse, taking into account all the points that have been analyzed in the previous points, in order to conserve architectural and historical material in the event of the building is preparing for an intervention.
