Plan básico de gestión micológica del paraje del río Mijares situado en el término municipal de Cedrillas (Teruel)

Abstract

[ES] El presente plan básico de gestión pretende la puesta en valor y la gestión sostenible del recurso micológico en el ámbito del Nacimiento del río Mijares, dentro del Monte de Utilidad Pública nº 23, denominado “Solana y Umbría”, situado en el término municipal de Cedrillas (Teruel) y perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de la localidad. De este modo, y a petición del propio Ayuntamiento, se pretende regular el aprovechamiento de los hongos de dicha zona, evitando así las malas prácticas recolectoras que se han estado llevando a cabo en los últimos años en una zona muy concurrida, que comprende una superficie total de 356,16 ha aproximadamente, en torno al área recreativa del nacimiento del río Mijares. Se trata de un monte ordenado, por lo que se persigue la inclusión de la gestión del recurso micológico dentro del mismo, mediante la creación de un coto micológico. Ésta se ve favorecida por las recomendaciones de los técnicos redactores del proyecto en el cual no se regula, apareciendo únicamente mencionado el actual uso micológico del monte como recreativo y episódico, siendo una de las motivaciones de la redacción del presente plan de gestión. En primer lugar, se pretende caracterizar el medio en el que se desarrollan, analizando aspectos relevantes como la geología, la climatología, la fauna y la vegetación. Además, se realizarán encuestas a la población local con la finalidad de estimar la productividad actual del paraje objeto de estudio, así como de identificar las especies fúngicas que fructifican en el mismo, dada la falta de información al respecto. Con la finalidad de garantizar la sostenibilidad del recurso micológico, se limitarán las cantidades recolectables mediante la expedición de permisos, y se aplicará una silvicultura fúngica compatible con el actual aprovechamiento maderero del monte. Como actuaciones de mejora, se propone la señalización de la zona de aprovechamiento de hongos regulado y la investigación en profundidad del recurso micológico de la zona, mediante diversas vías, entre las que destaca la participación pública. Finalmente, se realizará un presupuesto económico, un estudio de la financiación y el balance económico de las actuaciones propuestas a realizar durante la vigencia del presente plan de gestión. El plan se realizará de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, entre la que destaca la ORDEN de 21 de marzo de 2015, por la que se aprueba el Pliego General de Condiciones Técnicas para la redacción y presentación de resultados de Proyectos de Ordenación de montes en Aragón, y el Pliego General de Condiciones Técnicas para la redacción y presentación de resultados de Planes Básicos de Gestión Forestal de montes en Aragón, de la que se realizará una adaptación para el recurso micológico.

[EN] This Basic Management Plan aims the sustainable management and the enhancement of Mycological Resources in the area of the source of the Mijares River, which is part of the Public Utility Mount nº 23, called "Solana and umbría", located in the municipality of Cedrillas (Teruel) and belonging to the municipality of the town. In this way, the use of fungi in that area is intended to be regulated as a request of the Council, thus avoiding bad collecting practices that have been underway in recent years in a crowded area, comprising a surface of approximately 356.16 ha, around the source of the Mijares River. This mount has a Management Project, so the inclusion of the management of the Mycological Resource is intended within it, through the creation of a mycological reserve. This is favoured by the recommendations of the technical editors of the project, whereby it is not regulated. It only mentions the current Mycological use of the Mount as sporadic and recreational, being one of the principal motivations of the drafting of the present Basic Management Plan. First, it is intended to characterise the environment in which they are developed, analysing relevant aspects such as geology, climatology, fauna and vegetation. In addition, surveys will be conducted to the local population in order to estimate the current productivity of the site under study, as well as to identify the fungal species that bear fruit in it, given the lack of information in this regard. In order to guarantee the sustainability of the mycological resource, the quantities that can be harvested will be limited through the issuance of collecting permits, and fungal forestry treatments compatible with the current logging exploitation of the forest will be applied. As improvement actions, it is proposed the signposting of the regulated area and the in-depth investigation of the mycological resource of the zone, through various routes, among which public participation is emphasized. Finally, a general budget, a study of the financing and the economic balance of the recommended performances that will take place during the term of this Basic Management Plan, will be provided. The Plan will be made in accordance with the regulations, among which stands out the Order of 21 March 2015, which approves the General Technical Specific Conditions for the drafting and presentation of the results of Management Projects of Mounts in Aragon, and the General Technical Specific Conditions for the drafting and presentation of results of Basic Forest Management Plans of Mounts in Aragon, of which an adaptation for the Mycological Resource will be done.
