La protección del patrimonio arbóreo monumental en la legislación española. Su aplicación al turismo y al paisaje

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se analizan los principales aspectos de las Leyes 4/2006, de 19 de mayo, de la Comunitat Valenciana (España) y 14/2006, de 7 de noviembre, de la Región de Murcia (España), de patrimonio arbóreo monumental que protegen al árbol como monumento natural. Los árboles son un elemento identificador e integrador del paisaje cultural, vinculado con el turismo de naturaleza y el diseño de rutas, que permiten al turista conocer los árboles monumentales rotegidos. Esto fomentará el turismo interesado en el patrimonio cultural y la dinamización de un territorio

[EN] In the present work the principal aspects of the Act 4/2004, dated 19th may of the Comunitat Valenciana (Spain) and the Act 14/2006, dated 9th November, Region of Murcia (Spain), of arboreal monumental heritage that they protect to the tree as natural monument. The trees are an identifying and of integration element of the cultural landscape linked with the tourism of nature and the design of routes that allow to the tourist to know the monumental protected trees.
