MARÍA FAUS. IMÁGENES DE UNA VIDA. Cianotipia y álbum familiar

Abstract

Este proyecto parte del reencuentro con fotografías antiguas de mis familiares, las cuales, a pesar de haber estado siempre muy presentes en mi casa, no las había considerado como parte de un proceso artístico hasta cursar la asignatura ¿Pintura y Fotografía¿, donde nació la idea de recuperar el recuerdo de la figura de mi bisabuela materna María FausArtes como un proyecto u obra artístico. Es por ello que mi Trabajo de Final de Grado consiste en un foto libro realizado a partir de cianotipias intervenidas y digitalizadas, de fotografías tanto mías como rescatadas de esos álbumes, con el objetivo de crear un ¿libro de vida¿ recogiendo en imágenes parte de la suya.Donde para ello quiero hacer hincapié en el proceso del trabajo y lo que esto ha generado a nivel emotivo en todos los familiares y personas que se han implicado con sus recuerdos.

The project María Faus. Images of a life starts with the process of reincorporation to the old familiar photographs that have always been very present at our home, but have not been considered as part of an artistic process until we have been at subject "Painting and photography", where was born the idea to recover the memory of the figure of our maternal great-grandmother María Faus Artes as a project or artistic work. That is why our Final degree work consists of an artist's book made from digital prints, which will later deal with cyanotype, with photographs taken of this albums, with the aim to create a "book of life" that recoves in images her life. Where, for this, we wish highlight the work process and what it has generated an emotional level in all the relatives and people who have been involved in this resource.
