Estudio y análisis de rehabilitación de edificio existente para hotel en Valencia, calle Burguerins 5

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado plantea el desarrollo y análisis profundo de una obra de rehabilitación de un edificio existente situado en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Valencia, aportando nuevas propuestas, desde un punto de vista crítico, a lo ejecutado. Dicho objetivo se pretende alcanzar a través del análisis, tanto del proyecto como de la ejecución material, desde todos los ámbitos que conforman la gestión de la ejecución de una obra, como son el aspecto económico, la planificación y programación temporal, la seguridad y salud, el control de la calidad, así como el análisis previo del proyecto, sin olvidar los imprevistos modificaciones a las que se debe hacer frente de manera habitual en las obras de rehabilitación. Este trabajo pretende contribuir con la necesidad de realizar una planificación y seguimiento exhaustivo de las obras en los niveles y aspectos mencionados, para lograr un alto nivel de ejecución de las obras y tratar de mejorar los objetivos económicos.

[EN] This Final Degree Project proposes the development and deep analysis of a rehabilitation work on an existing building located in the historic center of the city of Valencia, providing new proposals, from a critical point of view, to what has been executed. Said objective is to be achieved through the analysis, both of the project and of the material execution, from all the areas that make up the management of the execution of a work, such as the economic aspect, planning and temporary programming, safety and health , the quality control, as well as the previous analysis of the project, without forgetting the unforeseen and modifications that must be dealt with regularly in the rehabilitation works. This work aims to contribute to the need for thorough planning and monitoring of the works at the levels and aspects mentioned, in order to achieve a high level of execution of the works and try to improve the economic objectives.
