Monitorización preventiva de sistemas en tiempo real con SAP Solution Manager en un entorno productivo real

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo fin de grado, es la configuración de escenarios de monitorización para sistemas SAP con fines de gestión, prevención de fallos y depuración de sistemas.

En concreto se configurará la herramienta SAP Solution Monitoring, la cual nos permitirá entre otros, ver el estado de los sistemas en tiempo real, generar un sistema de alertas, analizar indicadores, generar dashboards y detectar y prevenir problemas de diversa índole.

El trabajo comenzará con una descripción detallada de las tecnologías utilizadas, las necesidades que surgen tanto por la empresa como por el mismo proyecto a nivel usuario, hardware, software, etc.

Se definirá paso a paso los procesos llevados a cabo para poder llegar a monitorizar estos sistemas, desde las actualizaciones necesarias de los sistemas implicados, hasta la configuración de los escenarios de monitorización. La metodología a utilizar será Accelerated SAP (ASA), que es la metodología propuesta por SAP para optimizar tiempos entre el inicio del proyecto y la puesta en marcha.

[EN] The goal of this Final Degree Project is to configure the monitoring scenario for SAP systems for management purposes, preventing failures and debugging systems. Specially, the SAP Solution Monitoring tool, will be configured, which will allow us, check the status of the systems in real time, generate a system of alerts, create dashboards that will allow us to have a global view of the status of the systems and detect and prevent different problems. This project will start with a detailed description of the used technologies, the needs for the company and for the project at user level, hardware, software, etc. The processes carried out will be defined step by step in order to able to monitoring these systems, starting with the necessary updates of the system involved to monitor the configuration of the monitoring scenarios. The methodology used is AcceleratedSAP (ASAP), which is the methodology proposed by SAP for optimizing time.
