Funcionamiento, programación y utilidades de las centralitas eMG-80/800

Abstract

[ES] En este proyecto se presentarán las centralitas eMG-80 y eMG-800 de iPECS. Estas centralitas son muy útiles a medida que van aumentando las oficinas móviles, ya que la gente necesita un sistema más rentable y eficiente. Adoptan la tecnología VoIP en su plataforma de conmutación híbrida IP. Las eMG-800 permiten un mayor número de extensiones que la eMG-80 y en este proyecto también se verán ventajas respecto a la eMG-80. En este proyecto se explicará su puesta en marcha, la programación de un registro troncal SIP y cuenta SIP (esto permitirá realizar llamadas entre dos o más terminales sin ningún coste). También se verá el funcionamiento de la tarjetería (grabación de llamadas, envío de correos electrónicos, interrogación remota) y el uso de un portero electrónico conectado como una extensión de la centralita y poder usarlo como un terminal más. Además para entender mejor el funcionamiento de las centralitas se verán algunas de las ventajas de la VoIP así como una breve descripción del protocolo SIP.

[EN] Among this project the switchboard eMG-80 and the switchboard eMG-800 of the iPECS will be exposed. These types of switchboards are really useful because of the increasement of the mobile offices. These switchboards use the VoIp technology in their IP hybrid switching platform. The eMG-800 allows a higher number of extension than the eMG-80, and in this project the advantages over the eMG-80 will be also seen. Moreover, this project will also explain the starting up, the programming of a SIP trunk record and the SIP account (this allow calls to be made between two or more terminals without any costs). Furthermore, this project will expose the operation of the card will be also explained (call recordings, sending mails, remote integration) and at last but not least, the use of an electronic intercom connected as an extension of the switchboard an how to use it as another terminal. Additionally, to understand better how the switchboards work, some of the advantages of the VoIP will be presented as well as a brief description of the SIP protocol.
