dc.description.abstract | [ES] La cooperación al desarrollo puede apoyarse en la educación artística para la gestión y conservación del legado cultural, ciertas acciones pedagógicas relacionadas con el patrimonio desde el ámbito de la cooperación, se pueden vincular con la Agenda internacional 2030 que bajo el lema Transformar Nuestro Mundo busca garantizar una educación inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad y promover oportunidades de aprendizaje durante toda la vida para todos. La diversidad cultural debe ser contemplada desde el desarrollo sostenible, para ello es importante aumentar el número de maestros competentes, entre otras maneras mediante la formación de docentes en los países en desarrollo, el impulso de la expresión artística como recurso educativo suscita un cuestionamiento sobre el desarrollo por parte del docente de la educación en las artes visuales en el proceso de formación de esos alumnos para promover la difusión de la cultura y el patrimonio. Para entender la cultura como motor del desarrollo sostenible es necesaria previamente la innovación social y la participación ciudadana, el derecho a la identidad y la defensa de la diversidad cultural como componentes irrenunciables del desarrollo humano integral. Dentro de este ámbito, se debe concebir la cultura como factor de desarrollo, para ello, el respeto por el medioambiente, la equidad de género, participación democrática de la ciudadanía y derechos humanos, tienen el fin de la prevención del extremismo violento y de la radicalización, buscando así la tolerancia y la inclusión de una sociedad cada vez más multicultural. Se trata, en definitiva, de iniciativas culturales que persigan contribuir a la transformación social a través del fomento de una ciudadanía formada, activa y crítica desde la educación en artes visuales. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] Development cooperation can be supported by art education for the management and conservation of the cultural legacy, certain pedagogical actions related to the heritage from the scope of cooperation can be linked to the International Agenda 2030 that under the slogan Transform Our World, seeks to ensure inclusive education, equitable and quality to promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Cultural diversity must be contemplated from sustainable development, so it is important to increase the number of competent teachers, among other ways through the training of teachers in developing countries, the impulse of artistic expression as Educational resource raises a questioning of the development by the teacher of the education in the visual arts in the process of training of these students to promote the diffusion of the culture and the patrimony. In Order To understand the culture as a motor of sustainable development, social innovation and citizen participation, the right to identity and the defense of cultural diversity as an inalienable component of integral human development are previously necessary. In This area, culture must be conceived as a factor of development, respect for the environment, gender equity, democratic participation of citizens and human rights are aimed at preventing violent extremism and Radicalization, thus seeking tolerance and the inclusion of an increasingly multicultural society.
