Estrategias arquitectónicas para la edificación sostenible en el clima mediterráneo

Abstract

[ES] La investigación propuesta para la realización del Trabajo Final de Grado ( TFG ) consiste en un análisis de obras arquitectónicas que tengan la sostenibilidad como fundamento del proyecto. Una vez escogidas las distintas obras, se procederá a un análisis completo para verificar si dichas estrategias son válidas para el desarrollo sostenible ó si por contra, son ineficaces energéticamente y económicamente insostenibles. Todas estas estrategias se analizarán con el fin de entender si la arquitectura sostenible de hoy en día tiene una realidad coherente con el desarrollo sostenible, y con ello, tenerla como referencia en aplicaciones futuras. Para este análisis se cuestionará el empleo de los distintos materiales, su procedencia, los sistemas constructivos empleados, la iluminación natural, su orientación con respecto a la parcela, las ventilaciones interiores, la degradación que presenta respecto al tiempo, etc. Además de la perspectiva medioambiental, se tendrá en cuenta la perspectiva social, realizando una reflexión acerca de la temperatura de confort y por tanto, la necesidad real de utilización de los sistemas de calefacción-refrigeración y su influencia económica. Una vez realizado dicho análisis, se obtendrá una serie de conclusiones, que tengan en cuenta el proyecto desde etapas iniciales ( fase de diseño, proceso de ejecución) hasta el agotamiento de su vida útil. Dichas conclusiones deben servir como reflexión acerca de la viabilidad del proyecto, del uso coherente de los materiales, del medio, del lugar, del consumo energético para su desarrollo sin olvidar la creación de espacios como lugares cómodos y habitables

[EN] The proposed research for the Final Degree Project¿s presentation consists of an analysis of architectural works that have sustainability as the basis of the project. Once the different works have been chosen, a complete analysis will be carried out to verify if these strategies are valid for sustainable development or if, on the contrary, they are inefficient and economically unsustainable. All these strategies will be analyzed in order to understand if the sustainable architecture has a coherent reality with sustainable development today, and with it, to create baselines for future applications. In order to develop this analysis, it will be studied the use of different materials, their origins, used constructive systems, natural lighting, orientation regarding the plot of land for construction, inner ventilation, degradation of the building regarding time, etc. On the basis of these observations, it will be questioned if it is effective or not. In addition to the environmental perspective, a social perspective will be taken into account, performing a reflection on the comfort temperature and, therefore, the actual need to use heating-cooling systems and their economic influence. As a result of completing the above investigation, a series of conclusions will be obtained to take into account the project from initial stages (design phase, execution process) until the end of its useful life. These findings should serve as a reflection on the viability of the project, the consistent use of materials, the environment, place and energy consumption for future developments. All these spaces will be designed without forgetting the creation of comfortable and livable places
