Abstract

[ES] Se propone un proyecto de oficinas con un compromiso con el medio ambiente y el desarrollo sostenible de la arquitectura. La localización es determinante para la caracterización del proyecto ya que se ubica en la última manzana de límite urbano de Valencia entre su puerto y la ciudad. La manzana limita con la Avenida del Puerto, la Avenida de Manuel Soto y la Avenida Juan Verdeguer. El solar es una explanada donde aparecen elementos aislados como edificios con medianeras descubiertas, un parterre para una pequeña zona de descanso, y una pista de baloncesto reglamentaria. El proyecto pide ser transparente con su uso, brindando la oportunidad al barrio y a la ciudad de contagiarse y educarse en el conocimiento del desarrollo sostenible. Por ello se propone un edificio acristalado, fluido y flexible, donde una gran cubierta es suficiente para proteger toda la actividad que ocurre bajo ella. Siendo el edificio un contenedor de usos y experiencias donde se acerca la parte más privada de la oficina a la parte más pública de la ciudad, intentando de alguna manera fusionar el espacio. Se propone una arquitectura interior sin puertas donde no se encuentren límites ni barreras, donde la vivencia del espacio sea un constante flujo y devenir de personas para conocer más la actividad de estas ejemplares oficinas.

[EN] An office project is proposed with a commitment to the environment and the sustainable development of architecture. The location is decisive for the characterization of the project because it is located in the last block of the urban limit of Valencia between its port and the city. The block limits with the Port Avenue, Manuel Soto Avenue and Juan Verdeguer Avenue. The plot is an esplanade where isolated elements appear as buildings with discovered medians, a parterre for a small resting area, and a basketball court. The project asks to be transparent with its use, providing the opportunity for the neighbourhood and the city to educate themselves in the knowledge of sustainable development. Therefore a glazed, fluid and flexible building is proposed, where a large deck is sufficient to protect all the activity that takes place under it. The building acts a container of uses and experiences where the most private part of the office approaches the most public part of the city, trying in some way to merge the space. Interiorly, it is proposed a no doors architecture where there are no limits or barriers turning the experience of space as a constant flow and a becoming of people to learn more about the activity of these exemplary offices and its activities.
