Observatorio Desarrollo Sostenible. Sede Green Building Council del Mediterráneo

Abstract

[ES] Se pretende proyectar la Sede central del Green Building Council del Mediterráneo. Se trata de una asociación sin ánimo de lucro cuyo propósito es transmitir conocimientos sobre la sostenibilidad y conseguir así concienciar a la sociedad para obtener una edificación más sostenible que contribuya a crear un futuro mejor. El proyecto se ubica en el final de la Avenida del Puerto, en el cruce con Ingeniero Manuel Soto, donde convergen distintas tramas urbanas y tipos de viarios. El objetivo es mejorar la conexión entre la ciudad de Valencia con el Puerto y el mar. De este modo se diseña un edificio como respuesta a estos conflictos.

[EN] It is intended to project the central Headquarters of the Mediterranean¿s Green Building Council. It is a non-profit association whose purpose is to transmit knowledge about sustainability and to achieve in this way to concern the Society to obtain a more sustainable building that contributes to creating a better future. The project is located at the end of Avenida del Puerto, at the junction with Ingeniero Manuel Soto, where different urban patterns and road types converge. The objective is to improve the connection between the city of Valencia with the port and the sea. In this way, a building is designed in response to these conflicts.
