[EN] Located on the third floor of a residential building of the 60s, the design and interior refurbishing of the dwelling are conceived as an opportunity to allow two different temporary stages to cohabit through the use of a single material, concrete. The contrast between the pre-existing concrete beams, formwork with wooden board, and the continuous white concrete floor plan, generates an interesting dialogue, nuanced by the use of a curved maple wood support that houses the service areas and at the same time transfers the light from the facades to the inner central areas

[ES] Ubicada en la tercera planta de un edificio de viviendas de los años 60, el diseño y la reforma interior de la vivienda se conciben como una oportunidad para permitir cohabitar dos estadios temporales distintos a través de la utilización de un único material, el hormigón. El contraste surgido entre vigas preexistentes de hormigón encofrado con tabla de madera y el plano de suelo de hormigón blanco continuo genera un interesante diálogo, matizado por el uso de un soporte curvo de madera de arce que alberga las zonas de servicio a la vez que traslada la luz desde las fachadas a las zonas centrales interiores.
