Abstract

[ES] El proyecto está situado en la localidad de Sot de Chara la cual se encuentra en la cuenca media del rio Turia y junto a su afluente rio Sot o Raltillo. Esta localidad tiene un relieve muy accidentado ya que se encuentra en terreno montañoso. La situación del proyecto es privilegiada debido a que se encuentra entre el límite del rio Realtillo y la calle Valencia y cuyas vistas dan al rio y a unas piscinas naturales que le dan un encanto especial al lugar, a la torre árabe y al pueblo por el este y por el oeste al parque natural Chera-Sot de Chera. Debido a la situación el proyecto intenta respetar lo preexistente, integrarse en la escala del pueblo de tal forma que este crece de forma horizontal enterrándose ligeramente en la pendiente de tal forma que el impacto visual sea el menor posible además de dotar al pueblo de unos espacios públicos para el disfrute tanto de los visitantes como de los residentes alrededor del proyecto. Una de las imágenes más representativas del pueblo de Sot de Chera son sus piscinas naturales situadas en el rio las cuales son uno de los principales reclamos turísticos del pueblo, por lo que el proyecto pretende dotar de espacio público en forma de plazas para mejorar toda la zona del rio. El proyecto se pretende materializar con piedra caliza para conseguir esa integración con el entorno reduciendo el impacto visual. La piedra caliza es una piedra que predomina en el lugar y que se puede apreciar en las montañas de fondo de prospectiva como en la torre árabe, la cual tiene un color muy característico. El programa que conforma este proyecto tiene diferentes usos entre los que se pueden diferenciar el hotel, el spa, el restaurante y una sala de conferencias por lo que la idea de proyecto era juntar todos los usos en un mismo edificio, pero manteniendo su uso de forma independiente por lo que se aumenta las posibilidades de disfrute de todos los usos y no exclusivamente a los clientes del hotel. Por este motivo el edificio está formado por la disgregación de diferentes volúmenes los cuales se encuentran ligados al programa y cuyo conjunto forman un volumen compacto. Los volúmenes con los diferentes usos se encuentran situados de tal forma que su uso no interfiera con los del resto y agrupándolos según su afluencia y nivel de privacidad de tal forma que los usos tanto de restaurante como sala de conferencias se sitúan más cerca del pueblo debido a que se le quiere dotar a estos espacios de un uso más público. Mientras que el volumen de hotel se sitúa lo más alejado posible para darle más privacidad y una cierta tranquilidad que en este tipo de complejos es fundamental. Por otra parte, en el spa se pretende crear un ambiente especial en el que el cliente este en contacto con la roca del lugar y el agua en un clima de tranquilidad y serenidad por lo que el este se encuentra semi-enterrado.
