Abstract

[ES] El proyecto desarrolla el programa necesario para dar cabida a un Centro de Innovación, dicho centro se ubicará en la ciudad de Castellón de la Plana, en el área conocida como La crémor situada al borde del Riu Sec, al Noroeste de la ciudad. El emplazamientl designado para albergar el edificio encuentra en una zona de muy baja densidad, por lo que se propone, previo al proyecto de edificación, una intervención urbanística de toda el área mencionada. La zona de actuación se encuentra delimitada por el Riu Sec al oeste, dos vías de circulación rodada tanto a norte como a sur y una línea de ferrocarril al este, en este último, se encuentra la estación de tren y un colegio, puntos de gran importancia que no se verán modificados por la intervención. También se encuentra un centro SERVEF de gran superficie tangente al emplazamiento del Centro de Innovación. Se toma como punto de partida un proyecto de urbanización que engloba toda esta superficie, modificando ciertos aspectos de forma que se adecúe a la densidad óptima, y adaptándolo a los criterios urbanísticos generales del entorno inmediato. Se trabaja la intervención en base a dos ejes principales, uno que conecta norte-sur, y otro que nace en la estación de tren y termina en el lugar de implantación del edificio, dirigiendo y fomentando el tránsito peatonal. Aumentando así el interés del sector, ya que se encontraba en avanzado estado de degradación urbanística. Esto genera un corredor que une el Centro de innovación y el Centro de empleo con la estación, aportando gran vitalidad al barrio. Compaginando la arquitectura residencial con locales de uso reservado terciario, sumando también la correspondiente dotación de los equipamientos que se requieren. Se diseñan también las secciones de las vías de forma que el peatón adquiera mayor protagonismo, fomentando de igual modo el desplazamiento en bicicleta. El Riu Sec proporciona un recorrido que se potencia en la intervención urbanística, otorgándoselo al peatón y al ciclista. Dada la ubicación del proyecto se pretende dar continuidad a lo propuesto, manteniendo la importancia que el peatón a adquirido, construyendo de manera que no se interrumpa la libertad peatonal, e incluso fomentando el paso de la gente y la interacción entre la arquitectura y su entorno. Esto se consigue al elevar el edificio sobre el nivel del terreno, llamando a los peatones a pasar bajo el al abrir en cota 0 una plaza pública que sirve de antesala al acceso principal del edificio; Bajo esto se ubican dos bloques que se relacionan en mayor medida con el usuario externo, dejando entre ellos espacio de uso público, para todo tipo de actividades culturales, de ocio, etc. Estos bloques se ubican bajo la cota 0 fomentando la relación existente con el río. La cota 0, correspondiente a la vía pública, queda completamente conectada visualmente al río, de forma que el peatón no se ve aislado del edificio; de esta forma no solo se evita la inclusión de un elemento ajeno a los viandantes, si no que, manteniendo el paseo y mejorando las condiciones existentes, se potencia la relación de la huella del edifico con el el entorno, además de crear una interacción entre aquellos usuarios externos, que al pasar de forma tangente no tienen un muro que cierra completamente, sino que a la sombra del bloque principal se genera un espacio del que pueden hacer uso y a través del cual siguen pudiendo ver el Riu Sec. Insinuando de esta forma el punto de acceso al edificio, donde además se ubica una sala de exposiciones que permitirá mostrar al público exterior el trabajo que aquí se desarrollará. El programa principal se ubica a una cota superior, alejado del ruido de las vías rodadas que pasan paralelas y fomentando unos espacios acotados donde los usuarios también puedan descansar y relajarse, así como disfrutar del entorno.
