Seguimiento de ejecución material de obra: edificio de 9 viviendas en el Ensanche de Valencia

Abstract

[ES] Seguimiento de las obras de rehabilitación integral de un edificio residencial en suelo urbano, ubicado en el Ensanche, Valencia, conservando únicamente la fachada principal y una medianera lateral. Se ejecutará mediante zapatas corridas y aisladas, losa de cimentación, muros y estructura de hormigón armado. Se realiza previamente a la ejecución de las obras, los trabajos de estudio y análisis del proyecto y de los documentos referentes a la seguridad y salud correspondientes a la obra en cuestión, comprobando que no existan incongruencias en su contenido. Así también, se realiza la programación del control de calidad de la obra y el estudio económico previstos para realizar su posterior seguimiento. Mediante visitas programadas durante la ejecución de la obra, se documenta el proceso edificatorio para recabar la información necesaria para realizar un correcto control de la evolución de los trabajos, ajustándose al Proyecto de ejecución redactado y a la documentación programada. Finalmente, con todo ello se obtiene un único documento que recabe toda la información del proceso constructivo, desde su estudio y programación, hasta su seguimiento y control.

[EN] We will monitor the integral rehabilitation works of a residential building on urban land, located in the Ensanche, Valencia; it will conserve only the main façade and a lateral dividing wall. It will be executed by running and insulated footings, foundation slab, walls and reinforced concrete structure. The works of study and analysis of the project and of the documents related to safety and health are carried out prior to the execution of the works, verifying that there are no inconsistencies in its content. Likewise, the programming of the quality control of the work and the economic study planned for its subsequent follow-up is carried out. Through scheduled visits during the execution of the work, the building process is documented to gather the necessary information to make a correct control of the evolution of the works, adjusting to the drafted Project of execution and to the programmed documentation. Finally, we obtain a document that collects all the information of the construction process, from the previous study and programming, to the final monitoring and control.
