[ES] En el presente TGF se analizará y tratará de mejorar el proceso de gestión de proveedores de una empresa multinacional, con sede central en estados unidos, dedicada a la elaboración de productos lácteos. Este proyecto será desarrollado dentro de la empresa consultora Cap Gemini, y surge debido a un cambio en la legislación en estados unidos, en relación a los contratos que se realizan con los proveedores en el sector al que pertenece la empresa. Debido a ello, para poder adaptarse al cambio legislativo, la empresa se plantea un proyecto de cambio en su forma de trabajar, que empieza por un análisis del proceso de gestión de proveedores. Se investigarán todos los puntos de contacto, así como el proceso en detalle, sus debilidades y sus fortalezas. Una vez se disponga de toda la información correctamente analizada, se propondrán diferentes soluciones que cubran sus necesidades. Finalmente, la solución que cumpla mejor los requisitos tanto legales como los encontrados en el proyecto se llevará a cabo para su implementación.

developed within the IT consulting company, and arises due to a change in the legislation in the
United States, in relation to the contracts that are made with suppliers in the sector to which
the company belongs. Due to this, in order to adapt to the legislative change, the company is
considering a change project in the way it works, which begins with an analysis of the supplier
management process. All contact points is been investigated, as well as the process in detail,
their weaknesses and strengths. Once all the information correctly analysed is available,
different solutions are been proposed to meet your needs. Finally, the solution that best meets
both legal requirements and those found in the project is been carried out for its
