Creación de una S.L. para la fabricación, envasado, distribución y comercialización de ginebra sin gluten ecológica

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto de negocio tiene como objeto la constitución de una S.L. que crearemos, cuya actividad estará dedicada a la producción de ginebra libre de gluten ecológica, así como al envasado y a la distribución de esta a nivel nacional. Esta será su actividad principal.

Esta propuesta es de especial interés porque la empresa va a estar vinculada con el sector de la alimentación, así como al de la salud, por las características ecológicas que tienen los cereales tras el procedimiento de destilación de la cebada, reconocido en todos los foros especializados por los valores que tiene para la salud. Como valor añadido se certificará la elaboración del producto libre de gluten, distinción esta que es de valor añadido al producto por su carencia en el mercado de productos similares.

Nos basaremos en una estructura definida y clara en cuanto a los objetivos del negocio, antecedentes y situación actual. Desarrollaremos y analizaremos el entorno socioeconómico y político, así como el especifico del sector, elaborando los planes de negocio a nivel de marketing, de operaciones y procesos, de la organización y de los recursos humanos, económico-financiero, aspectos formales y jurídicos y la imagen corporativa del mismo. Referente a la garantía de control de alergenos nos basamos en el Reglamento General de la marca de garantía de la Federación de Asociaciones de Celíacos de España, FACE, tanto a nivel nacional como europeo.

The project will be developed by María Dolores Gil de Pareja Belmonte and supervised by the tutor Virginia Vega Carrero and the cotutor José Armijo Tortajada. We will base us in a clear-cut and clear structure regarding the aims of the business, antecedents and current situation. We will develop and we will analyze the socioeconomic surroundings and politician, as well as the specify of the sector, elaborating the plans of business to level of marketing, of operations and processes, of the organization and of the human resources, economic-financial, formal and juridical appearances and the corporate image of the same. Concerning the guarantee of control of allergens base us in the General Regulation of the mark of guarantee of the Federation of Associations of Celiacos of Spain, FACE, so much to national level like European. My project is subject to the rule and valid regulations in the Universitat Politècnica of València and to the guidelines that marks for the preparation and rigorous foundation of east Work End of Degree. To commercial level will respect the norms of the code of trade and to business level will have deontological base of the sector. It will be the plan of company chosen for the realization the work end of degree that will culminate my degree in MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS (GAP). It developed it among the months of January of 2018 and June of 2020, consistent in the preparation of a plan of company about the production and commercialization of the ginebra ecological free of gluten, following the rule and structure mentioned.
