Plan de ordenación de los recursos micológicos en el Monte de Utilidad Pública nº 245, denominado Paladillo y Plano de Embid , perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de Rubiales (Teruel)

Abstract

[ES] El Monte de Utilidad Pública nº 245, denominado Paladillo y Plano de Embid , situado en el término municipal de Rubiales (Teruel) y perteneciente al Ayuntamiento de dicha localidad tiene una superficie de 2.527,5 ha. Su adecuación para la actividad micológica, su fácil acceso y la proximidad al núcleo urbano de Teruel han supuesto un aumento de la asistencia de personas para realizar la actividad en los últimos años. El hecho de tratarse de un municipio sin limitaciones en la recolección, colindante pero no incluido en el Proyecto de Aprovechamientos Micológicos de la Comarca de la Sierra de Albarracín puede haber contribuido al aumento de personas que realizan la recogida. El resultado es la masificación de recolectores de setas que puede suponer diversos problemas en relación con el recurso y su aprovechamiento. El objetivo del trabajo es la realización de una planificación del aprovechamiento micológico que permita regular su aprovechamiento y evite problemas de sobreexplotación y malas prácticas, a la vez que se reactiva la economía y el turismo en un municipio con graves problemas de despoblación. Para ello se va a realizar una planificación de acuerdo con la normativa vigente de planificación adaptada al recurso micológico. Se caracterizará el medio físico del ámbito del estudio (geología, orografía, edafología y clima); la vegetación; y el medio socio-económico. Se realizará una búsqueda de información para la estimación del recurso micológico a través de encuestas y del análisis de la información disponible. Se determinarán las medidas de gestión a realizar, que deberán respetar las normas establecidas en el Decreto 179/2014 de 4 de noviembre, del Gobierno de Aragón, por el que se regula la recolección y el aprovechamiento de setas silvestres en terrenos forestales. Finalmente se realizará un programa de aprovechamientos y mejoras, así como una pequeña valoración económica de la actividad.

[EN] The Public Utility Mount nº 245, called ¿Paladillo y Plano de Embid¿, located in the municipal district of Rubiales (Teruel) and belonging to the City Council of said town, has an area of ¿¿2,527.5 ha. Its adaptation to mycological activity, its easy access and the proximity to the urban center of Teruel have meant an increase in the attendance of people to carry out the activity in recent years. The fact of being a municipality without limitations in the collection, adjacent but not included in the Mycological Exploitation Project of the Sierra de Albarracín Region, may have contributed to the increase in the number of people who carry out the collection. The result is the massification of mushroom pickers that can pose various problems in relation to the resource and its use. The objective of the work is to carry out a planning of the mycological use that allows regulating its use and avoids problems of overexploitation and bad practices, while reactivating the economy and tourism in a municipality with serious problems of depopulation. For this, planning will be carried out in accordance with current planning regulations adapted to the mycological resource. The physical environment of the scope of the study will be characterized (geology, orography, soil science and climate); the vegetation; and the socio-economic environment. An information search will be carried out to estimate the mycological resource through surveys and analysis of the available information. The management measures to be carried out will be determined, which must respect the rules established in Decree 179/2014 of November 4, of the Government of Aragon, which regulates the collection and use of wild mushrooms in forest lands. Finally, a program of exploitation and improvements will be carried out, as well as a small economic evaluation of the activity.
