Proyecto de obra y actividad de cafetería en Torrente (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene por objeto la realización de proyecto de obra y actividad para la Licencia de Apertura por parte del Ayuntamiento de Torrente (Valencia), se presentará toda la normativa necesaria y documentación gráfica para que sea concedida la Declaración Responsable (Ley 14/2010) y sometida al reglamento de Espectáculos Públicos, Actividades Recreativas y Establecimientos Públicos (RD 2010/13297), para ello previamente será solicitado el correspondiente Certificado de Compatibilidad Urbanística. En el contenido del TFG, se analizará el estado actual del local comercial, actualmente cerrado y diáfano, para realizar las actuaciones necesarias para adecuar el local para la actividad de Bar –Cafetería. En él se remodelará todas las instalaciones actuales y se procederá a un diseño atractivo y atrayente al consumidor, se justificará toda la normativa aplicable para este tipo de casos.

[EN] The actual final degree project has as purpose the realization of a project of job and activity for the opening license by the city hall of Torrente (Valencia), It will be presented all the necessary regulations and graphic documentation to be granted the responsible declaration for the opening of public shows, recreational activities and public establishments, for it, It will previously be requested the corresponding urban compatibility certificate. In the content of the final degree project, It will be analised the current condition of the commercial office, currently closed and diaphanous, for carrying out the necessary actions for adapting the property for the bar - coffee shop activity. All the current facilites will be remodeled and will proceed to an attractive design yo the consumer, It will be justified all the applicable regulations for this type of case.
