[EN] The main objective of this work is to capture the knowledge acquired during the race and develop packaging in the food sector of ecological origin. The memory consists of three blocks. First, there is the introduction to the theoretical framework that gives context to the practical part of the work. It mainly focuses on the current need to use materials that are not single-use and that if so, are biodegradable or compostable, due to the amount of surplus that is produced faster than it can be eliminated, with expensive processes and long-lasting. It includes the packaging production processes that allow us to understand the need for change. Likewise, the characteristics that define traditional packagings are described. The second block shows the evolution that will be experienced until the total change of materials such as plastic. The different characteristics of eco materials and their use. And finally, the methodology applied in the packaging is described. Its creation stages are shown in detail, from the search for materials and previous sketches, to the final product. Taking as a starting point the ideas that must form a packaging and the most suitable materials in food, the different production phases have been completed until their completion, developing a sustainable container with a simple design.
