[ES] El principal objetivo de este TFG es conocer en profundidad todo lo relacionado con los puestos de trabajo y sobre todo con la política de reclutamiento y selección de personal de la empresa CREARE Ingeniería. Esta empresa fue creada y puesta en funcionamiento por un antiguo alumno de la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Alcoy. La empresa en cuestión puede considerarse como una empresa de nueva creación, por tanto, toda información y estudio realizado para ella será de gran ayuda.
En el caso del presente proyecto como ya se ha nombrado anteriormente será un proyecto enfocado al área de Recursos Humanos, para poder conocer, con la ayuda del gerente, los requisitos de los puestos de trabajo a cubrir, y seguidamente determinar las políticas de reclutamiento y selección más adecuadas y que mejor se adapten a las necesidades para la captación del personal.

[EN] This end-of-degree work is related to the human resources area of the company Creare Ingeniería, this company, wich has been created and put into operation by a former student of the Alcoy Higher Polytechnic School. The company in question can be considered as a start-up company so all information and study made for it will be of great help.
In order to achieve the objective of this work, we will consider what is known as "Performance Assessment", a tool used by the Human Resources departments to measure and understand the performance and behavior of employees in relation to the performance of their activities.
As determined by the job title, it is an analysis and description of jobs and recruitment and selection policy for the company.
The positions that need to be filled are for the Administration, Commercial and Engineering department. In the case of the first two departments you need a department manager and in the case of the last department you need an electrical engineer. In order to carry out this, the most suitable candidates will complete an annex attached to this project, called "abbreviated protocol for describing work activities" which is used so that the interviewer can know what they know and how well the candidates know about the position regarding their jobs. Each employee in each position defines the requirements that an employee must meet for that position as the mission and activities to perform.
Secondly, we proceed to conduct interviews online in the current circumstances, through a second annex existing in this project called "job description" which human resources personnel use as a means of support at the time of the interview in order to be able to know more in depth the candidate and to be able to complete exactly the requirements of the candidate in question.
Finally , possible methods of recruitment and selection of staff for the company such as agreements with universities or training cycle centers are indicated always depending on the qualification required for a given position these routes will be useful or other sources of recruitment should be used.
