REDISSENY DEL SISTEMA DE RECOLLIDA DE RESIDUS URBANS EN LA MANCOMUNITAT FORMADA PELS MUNICIPIS DE BENEIXAMA, CAMP DE MIRRA I CANYADA

Abstract

[ES] Reduir la generació de residus és un factor essencial de cara al futur, ja que el seu augment està afectant notòriament a la nostra qualitat de vida. És indispensable comptar amb una bona gestió d aquests residus per tindre cura del medi ambient, així com de nosaltres. Dins d aquesta gestió dels residus es troba l optimització del sistema de recollida i la implementació d ecoparcs.

L objectiu d'aquest treball és complir els requisits establerts al Pla Integral de Residus de la Comunitat Valenciana i pel marc europeu pel que fa a la recollida selectiva, així com l obligació d implantar aquesta en la fracció dels bioresidus. Concretament, es redissenyarà el sistema de recollida dels residus municipals de la mancomunitat formada pels municipis de Beneixama, Camp de Mirra i Canyada, a la província d Alacant. En el treball s estudiaran els diferents sistemes de recollida selectiva per poder optimitzar i implementar aquell que millor s'adapte als municipis de la mancomunitat i, per tant, aconseguir una reducció dels costos socials, econòmics i ambientals. També s'analitzarà si l ecoparc existent és idoni i si compleix les normatives; en cas contrari, es redissenyarà adequadament.

Per a concluir, s estimarà el pressupost i s estudiarà la viabilitat del projecte.

[EN] Reducing waste generation is an essential factor towards the future, since its increase is affecting our quality of life. It is vital to have a good management of the waste to take care of both the environment, and the living beings. The optimization of the waste collection system ¿ as well as the ecopark implementation ¿ rely on the arena of waste managment.

The aim of this paper is to comply with all the requirements established in the Integral Waste Plan of the Valencian Community, as well as the European framework for separate waste collection and the obligation to implement it in the bio-waste fraction. Specifically, a system of collection of municipal waste ¿ for the municipal association of Beneixama, Camp de Mirra and Canyada ¿ will be redesigned. Throughout this paper, the different methods of separate waste collection will be deeply analyised in order to prove which one fits better in every municipality of the municipal association, therefore adapting each method to each municipality and achieving a reduction in economic, social and environmental costs. This paper will also address whether the existing ecopark is adequate and complies with the regulations. Otherwise, it will be correctly redesigned.

Finally, the budged will be estimated, as well as the feasibility of the project.
