Abstract

[ES] Dirección de arte para la realización del videoclip de la canción Silence Zone de Milc es un Trabajo Final de Grado que consiste en la realización de la dirección artística para el video musical de la canción Silence Zone, que plantea un reto creativo a partir de la investigación de varios referentes del panorama actual artístico, tanto de dirección de arte como de moda y estilismo. Este proyecto toma como punto de partida el propio tema musical del grupo juvenil canario, que funciona como hilo conductor de la pieza audiovisual. Para alcanzar la intención final de este proyecto, se desarrollan una serie de ideas para la concepción de un estilo propio a través de, por una parte, la creación de una atmósfera, y por otra parte, la caracterización de personajes. Ambas adaptadas al mundo diegético que se pretende plasmar en el video musical; teniendo en cuenta por otro lado, el contexto cultural y artístico inmediato, y las características clave de esta era de la que formamos parte: el posmodernismo.

[EN] Art Direction of the Music Video Production on “Silence Zone” by Milc is a Final Degree Project consisting in the performance of the artistic direction for the music video of “Silence Zone”; furthermore, it poses a creative challenge based on the research of several references of the current artistic scene as much in art direction, fashion, and styling. This project takes as its starting point the Canarian youth group’s own musical theme, which will act as the guiding thread of the audio-visual piece. In order to achieve the final objectives pursued, a series of ideas will be developed for the conception of an own style that will be based on the following targets: the creation of an own and different ambience as well as the characterisation of individuals; both adapted to the diegetic world, which is intended to be reflected in the music video. We also take into account, on the other hand, the immediate cultural and artistic context, and the key features of this age to which we belong such as the postmodernism.
