Vivienda cooperativa en Ontinyent

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto plantea un conjunto de viviendas cooperativas en Ontinyent, situado en una parcela próxima al río Clariano. Como parte del proyecto se propone rehabilitar el edificio industrial en desuso colindante con la parcela. Se parte de la voluntad de poner en valor la importancia de las relaciones sociales entre los vecinos, el diálogo con el entorno, los cuidados, la sostenibilidad, la perspectiva de género, la inclusión y la adaptabilidad de los espacios. Se quiere incluir a diferentes colectivos y para ello, se proyectan varios tipos de viviendas, siendo capaces de adaptarse a las necesidades presentes y futuras. La implantación en el terreno surge por la necesidad de crear unos recorridos que conecten los elementos de interés del lugar, como son: el río, el museo textil y el centro de la ciudad, vinculándose a través de unos espacios públicos que engloban el conjunto.

[EN] The project develop a group of cooperative houses in Ontinyent, located on a plot near the river Clariano. As a part of the project we intend to propose the re- used of the old industrial building located nearby the plot. The importance of social relations between neighbors, the dialogue with the environment, the cares, the sustainability criteria, the gender perspective, inclusion and adaptability of spaces is valued. The aim it's to include different groups of ages and economical conditions and, in order to achieve this goal, several types of housing are planned, being able to adapt to present and future needs. The establishment in the field arises from the need to create routes that connect the elements of interest to the place, such as: the river, the textile museum and the city center, linking through public spaces that encompass the complex.
