La Fábrica de Seda Lombard de Almoines: Proyecto de rehabilitación estructural

Abstract

[ES] Almoines ha destacat a la comarca de la Safor, durant segle i mig, amb el nom d el poble de la Fàbrica ja que, enmig d uns municipis dedicats a l agricultura, els serveis i el turisme, Almoines apostà per una potent i diversificada indústria, protagonitzada per la Fàbrica de Seda Lombard. La pervivència i l evolució de l edifici durant part del segle XIX i tot el segle XX fa d aquest tot un mostrari d estils i tipologies constructives característiques de la indústria valenciana. Aquest treball tracta d evidenciar el valor històric, social i constructiu de la fàbrica, raó per la qual s'analitza el passat de l edifici, la seua situació actual i s'obri la porta al plantejament d una opció de futur. L objectiu principal d aquest projecte resideix en l aposta per la conservació de l edifici, per la qual cosa s enfoca l estudi a l avaluació de l estat actual de l estructura i la proposta de reforç d'aquesta per garantir la seguretat estructural de l edifici en el seu futur ús.

[EN] Almoines stood out in the region of La Safor, for a century and a half, with the name of "the village of the Factory" because, in the midst of municipalities dedicated to agriculture, services and tourism, Almoines opted for a powerful and diversified industry, starring the Lombard Silk Factory. The survival and evolution of this building during part of the 19th century and throughout the 20th century make it a sample of styles and characteristic constructive typologies of the Valencian industry. This work seeks to highlight the historical, social and constructive value of the factory, analyzing the past of the building, its current situation and opening the door to considering an option for the future. The main objective of this project lies in the commitment to the conservation of the building, so the study focuses on the assessment of the current state of the structure and the proposal to strengthen it to ensure the structural safety of the building in its future use.
