Escuelas profesionales y centro emprendedor en Ademuz. La despoblación juvenil

Abstract

[ES] Mientras que el abandono de población total avanza entorno a un 20% en las comarcas de Racó de Ademuz y Els Serrans, la población joven es la más afectada, llegando a tasas de abandono de hasta el 34%. No se trata de un fenómeno aislado, sino que se extiende también a las comarcas colindantes a Ademuz, como Gúdar-Javalambre (Teruel) y Serranía Baja (Cuenca). El problema es debido a la inexistencia de un lugar donde poder continuar su formación, y tras la pérdida tampoco existen mecanismos eficaces que permitan el retorno de la población ya emigrada. La intervención arquitectónica se abordará desde todas las escalas. No pretende por sí misma solucionar un problema tan complejo, si no ser una herramienta a manos de la sociedad para evitar que los jóvenes emigren, e incluso atraer a aquellos jóvenes que ya han emigrado o que viven en las grandes ciudades, a repoblar el interior. Ellos son la inversión del futuro, y serán los motores de desarrollo en la zona, así como el instrumento con el que luchar contra la despoblación en el interior. Sin ellos no hay relevo generacional, y por tanto tampoco hay futuro. Por ello, se propone como solución la creación de unas escuelas profesionales y un centro emprendedor, permitiendo a los jóvenes seguir sus estudios y desarrollarse empresarialmente en el lugar dónde viven.

[EN] While the abandonment of the total population advances around 20% in the Racó de Ademuz and Els Serrans regions, the young population is the smallest, reaching abandonment rates of up to 34%. It is not an isolated phenomenon, but also extends to the neighboring regions of Ademuz, such as Gúdar-Javalambre (Teruel) and Serranía Baja (Cuenca). The problem is due to the lack of a place where they can continue their training, and after the loss, there are no mechanisms that could affect the return of the population or emigration either. Architectural intervention will be addressed from all scales, and does not in itself attempt to solve such a complex problem, if it is not a tool in the hands of society to prevent young people from emigrating, and even attract those young people who already have migrated or who live in big cities, a repopulate the interior. They are the investment of the future, and will be the engines of development in the area, as well as the instrument with the fight against depopulation in the interior. Without them there is no generational change, and therefore there is no future. For this reason, it proposes the solution of creating professional schools and an entrepreneurial center, for young people to continue their studies and develop business in the place where they live.
