Plan de gestión integrada de biomasa residual en San Antonio de Benagéber (Valencia)

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto se basa en la elaboración de un plan de gestión de los residuos de poda en el término municipal de San Antonio de Benagéber, dando así una salida a la cantidad de residuos que diariamente producimos en nuestros núcleos urbanos. El trabajo ha desarrollado los siguientes aspectos: Definir los distintos tipos de residuos que van a ser tratados (agrícolas, de jardinería, o forestales) y los procedimientos que se van a realizar para su tratamiento. Se han analizado las distintas normas y leyes que engloban la gestión de los residuos. Se ha realizado una cuantificación de los residuos y su zonificación. Se ha planificado la gestión de la recogida, definiendo cómo se va a llevar a cabo la recogida de los distintos residuos ya sea una recogida mediante aviso, recogida periódica o régimen intermedio en las diferentes zonas del término municipal. Se ha definido el tipo de maquinaria necesaria para la recogida y su posterior tratamiento dependiendo del volumen a recoger y a tratar, y del tipo de residuo. Se ha realizado un plan viabilidad de costes, evaluando tanto los costes fijos y variables de la gestión y el impacto ambiental que conlleva el proyecto a desarrollar. Se han especificado las condiciones de almacenamiento de la materia prima y el dimensionado de la planta de tratamiento.

[EN] This project is based on the preparation of a management plan for pruning waste in the municipality of San Antonio de Benagéber, thus giving an outlet to the amount of waste that we produce daily in our urban centers. The work has developed the following aspects: Define the different types of waste that will be treated (agricultural, gardening, or forestry) and the procedures that will be carried out for their treatment. The different norms and laws that encompass waste management have been analyzed. A quantification of the waste and its zoning has been carried out. The management of the collection has been planned, defining how the collection of the different waste will be carried out, whether it is a collection by means of a warning, periodic collection or intermediate regime in the different areas of the municipal area. The type of machinery necessary for the collection and its subsequent treatment has been defined depending on the volume to be collected and treated, and the type of waste. A cost feasibility plan has been carried out, evaluating both the fixed and variable costs of the management and the environmental impact that the project to be developed entails. The storage conditions of the raw material and the sizing of the treatment plant have been specified.
