Ideal: Proyecto de diseño editorial sobre un cine histórico de Alicante.

Abstract

[ES] Diseño y prototipo impreso de un libro que recopila e ilustra la historia del cine Ideal de Alicante y el edificio que lo albergó. Se trata del último edificio de un cine histórico que queda en la ciudad. Se ha pretendido hacer una publicación funcional, pero a la vez visual, dinámica y atractiva, con influencias del diseño de revistas, pero también de otras publicaciones cercanas al mundo del arte, como el libro de artista o el fotolibro. También se ha buscado animar al diálogo sobre el futuro del edificio, por lo que se ha recurrido a entrevistas, documentos antiguos y noticias relevantes.

[EN] Design and printed prototype of a book that compiles and illustrates the history of the cinema ¿Ideal¿ in Alicante and the building that housed it. It is the last building of a historical cinema remaining in the city. The aim was to make a functional, but at the same time visual, dynamic and attractive publication, with influences from magazine design, but also from other publications close to the world of art, such as the artist's book or the photobook. We have also sought to encourage dialogue on the future of the building, using interviews, old documents and relevant news.
