dc.description.abstract The origin of the idea: Being exchange students and travelling around Europe, we realized the difference of products from one country to another especially the food ones. Foreigners find it hard to adapt at first to the cuisine of the different countries they visit. They are all used to their national food and miss it when being abroad.We realize also the fact that through the process of globalization in the face of supermarkets, people can find almost all necessary products they need. However, we know that specific traditional products are hard to reproduce in another environment especially when their origin depends on climate conditions, cultural traditions and recipes. Supermarkets often have sections for international groceries but their quality rarely meets customer's expectations. Most of the time these products are just inferior in quality compared to the original ones and are produced in the domestic market. es_ES
