Escuela para pilotos_Cheste

Abstract

[ES] El proyecto que se va a desarrollar en el presente proyecto del TFM trata de una escuela para pilotos en la localidad de la Comunidad Valenciana, Cheste. Este municipio cuenta con dos zonas que atraen una gran cantidad de población, por una parte, el Circuito Ricardo Tormo y por otra parte la Universidad Laboral de Cheste. El proyecto se inserta en la zona noreste de la Universidad Laboral de Cheste, además de ser esta zona la más próxima al circuito. Por lo que cuenta con una ubicación óptima para un proyecto de escuela de pilotos, ya que, relaciona tanto el complejo educativo como el circuito. De este modo, el proyecto se trata de una transición entre la Universidad Laboral y el Circuito Ricardo Tormo, aportando unos servicios inexistentes hasta el momento y que permiten crear una zona exclusiva para el desarrollo de los pilotos. La idea principal del proyecto es la creación de un espacio único para los pilotos, donde puedan desarrollar diferentes actividades. Para ello se van a crear dos zonas diferenciadas, las cuales se unen a través de un espacio verde central que servirá como área de ocio al aire libre. Estas dos zonas son: el área pública donde encontramos un edificio dedicado a la parte educativa y un edificio deportivo, la otra zona trata de la parte privada donde se ubican las residencias para los pilotos. Con esta idea se pretende favorecer unas vistas privilegiadas al circuito. Además de provocar el menor número de alteraciones en el paisaje, ya que la zona pública se sitúa en la parte llana del solar y la privada se acopla en la pendiente del terreno, permitiendo enterrar parte de las residencias.

[EN] The project to be developed in this TFM project is ilots school in the town of the Valencian Community, Cheste. This municipality has two areas that attract a large amount of population, on the one hand, the Ricardo Tormo Circuit and on the other hand the Cheste Labor University. The Project is inserted in the northeast area of Cheste Labor University, in addition to being this area the closest to the circuit. So it has a optimal location for a pilot school project, because it relates both the educational complex and the circuit. In this way, the project is a transition between the Labor University and the Ricardo Tormo Circuit, providing services that did not exist until now and that allow creating an exclusive area fot the development of pilots. The main idea of the project is to create a unique space for pilots, where they can carry out different activities. For this, two different areas will be created, which are joined through a central green space that will serve as an outdoor leisure area. These two areas area: the public area where we find building dedicated to education and a sports building, the other area is the private area where the residences fot pilots are located. This idea is intended to favor privileged viwes of the circuit. Morever to causing the least number of alterations in the landscape, since the public area is located on the flat part of the site and the private area is arranged to the slope of the land, allowing part of the residences to be buried.
