dc.description.abstract This study provides different functions for predicting carbon content for Common beech ( Fagus sylvatica L.) in Czech Republic for all major tree compartments. The equations are obtained from different studies of Common beech in Central Europe. The data are based on two different inventories of the same stand, making a comparis on between both types, classical and digital inventories. There were compared the obtained results through the data of the different inventories and results from different equations. Eddy-covariance data were given to compare the increment of carbon stored in the studied stand, in order to obtain the best method to predict sequestered carbon in the studied stand. es_ES
