ANÁLISIS DEL ESTADO, PROCESO DE CAMBIO E IMPLANTACIÓN DE MEJORAS EN UNA EMPRESA DEL SECTOR DEL MUEBLE FABRICANTE DE DORMITORIOS.

Abstract

[ES] Este documento recoge el Trabajo de Fin de Grado realizado en una empresa del sector del mueble que se dedica a la fabricación de dormitorios, complementos y canapés. En primer lugar, se va a realizar una introducción a la empresa LD Camas de Diseño, tanto del sector en el que se encuentra como de la misma empresa. Tratando de explicar sin entrar en muchos detalles la situación que vive la empresa internamente y por supuesto a nivel geográfico. A continuación, se encuentra un capítulo teórico, explicando qué es el Lean Manufacturing y las herramientas que se van a aplicar en el trabajo. La intención en este capítulo es entender la forma de trabajar que tiene el Lean Manufacturing, que consiste en la mejora continua. Respecto a las herramientas se van a nombrar las más famosas y después se van a explicar más detalladamente las herramientas que se van a utilizar en este trabajo. Los dos capítulos que van a continuación son las herramientas de Lean aplicadas en la empresa y analizadas, en este caso se trata del Value Stream Mapping (VSM) y del SMED. En ellas se trata de explicar el objetivo por el cual se decide aplicar cada una y los resultados finales después de la realización de las mejoras. Se realiza un VSM sobre la línea de fabricación de cabezales y camas, dejando al margen el resto de los artículos fabricados. El SMED se va a aplicar a la máquina embaladora que se encuentra en la parte final de la línea. Por último, se explicarán las otras implantaciones de mejora continua que se han hecho, el motivo y sobre todo el objetivo que se busca con ellas. Estas implantaciones que se han realizado empiezan con un Layout y unos estudios de estanterías para poder realizar un cambio de nave industrial. También se ha implantado una herramienta llamada TOP5, que con ayuda de un Panel de Control sirve para mejorar la eficiencia de la empresa y aumentar la implicación de los trabajadores con la empresa.

[EN] This document includes the thesis carried out in a company in the furniture sector that is dedicated to the manufacture of bedrooms, accessories, and canapés. First, there will be an introduction to the company LD Camas de Diseño, both sector in which it is located and of the company itself. Trying to explain without going into much detail the situation that the company lives internally and of course at a geographical level. Next, there is a theoretical chapter, explaining what Lean Manufacturing is and the tools that will be applied at work. The intention in this chapter is to understand the way of working that Lean Manufacturing has, which consists of continuous improvement. Regarding the tools, the most famous ones will be named and then the tools that will be used in this work will be explained in more detail. The two chapters that go next are the Lean tools applied in the company and analyzed, in this case it is the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and the SMED.
