ELABORACIÓN DE UN PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD PARA LA HABILITACIÓN DE UNA PLANTA DE OFICINAS CON SEDE EN VALENCIA

Abstract

[ES] El siguiente Trabajo Fin de Grado describe un Plan de Seguridad y Salud de una de las obras en las que participa la empresa constructora ELIT. El nombre de la obra es ¿Red Rake¿ y se habilitará en Valencia capital. En este tipo de construcciones existen una gran cantidad de riesgos tanto humanos como medioambientales, por lo que es necesario realizar un análisis profundo en todas las áreas, con el fin para garantizar la salud y el bienestar de todas las personas relacionadas tanto directa como indirectamente con la obra. El Plan de Seguridad y Salud debe a su vez cumplir con unas condiciones económicas lógicas y acordes al presupuesto establecido para dicha obra, por lo que es de vital importancia lograr un sistema eficiente que permita garantizar la seguridad total, evitando gastos innecesarios que aumenten el gasto total de la obra. La situación COVID-19, presente desde inicios de 2020, supone un desafío extra en la elaboración de dicho plan, por lo que se tendrán que implementar nuevas medidas con el fin de proporcionar un entorno de trabajo seguro y eficiente.

[EN] This Bachelor Science thesis describes a Health and Safety Plan for one of the Works in which ELIT company participates. The name of the work is ¿Red Rake¿ and will be enabled in Valencia. In these types of constructions there are a large number of humanand environmental risks, so it is necessary to carry out tan in-depth analysis in all areas, in order to guarantee the Health and well-being of people related both directly and indirectly with the Work. The Security and Health plan must comply with certain economic and logical conditions being also accorded with the budget established for this work, reason why it is of vital importance to follow an efficient System that allows to guarantee total safety, avoiding unnecessary delays that increase the total despair of the construction site. The COVID-19 situation, present from the beginning of 2020, supposes an extra challenge in the elaboration of the plan, for which we will have to implement new measures in order to provide a safe and efficient working environment
