Abstract

[ES] Ruzafa se ha convertido en un distrito de moda, con aspecto bohemio y alternativo, repleto de estudios artísticos, galerías y espacios expositivos. De esta forma, surge un ambiente atractivo para otro pilar fundamental en el que se apoya la cultura, la docencia. Por ello, mi propuesta es una ESCUELA DE ARTES PLÁSTICAS. Se ubicará en la conocida Manzana Perdida de Ruzafa. En la actualidad, los precios de este barrio son de los más elevados de Valencia. Por ello, son completamente inalcanzables por estudiantes, por lo que contará con una oferta de ALOJAMIENTO ASEQUIBLE. Además, puesto que se ha producido una saturación de la hostelería, privatizando el ya escaso espacio público mediante terrazas, la anterior propuesta se combina necesariamente con una oferta de ESPACIO PÚBLICO, que recuperará los trazados originales de la manzana.

In this way, an attractive environment emerges for another fundamental pillar on which culture rests, teaching. For this reason, my proposal is a SCHOOL OF PLASTIC ARTS. It will be located in the well-known Manzana Perdida de Ruzafa. Currently, the prices in this neighborhood are among the highest in Valencia. Therefore, they are completely unreachable by students, so you will have an offer of AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION. In addition, since there has been a saturation of the hotel industry, privatizing the already scarce public space through terraces, the previous proposal is necessarily combined with an offer of PUBLIC SPACE, which will recover the original layouts of the block.
