SIMULACIÓN DE DISEÑO DE UN CIGARRILLO ELECTRÓNICO TIPO POD MOD EN EL SENO DE UNA MULTINACIONAL MEDIANTE SAP S4/HANA

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo simular la realización de un proyecto de diseño de un cigarrillo electrónico dentro de una empresa multinacional ficticia utilizando el software de planificación de recursos empresariales SAP como apoyo. En la primera parte del escrito se detallan las motivaciones, objetivos y antecedentes del mismo, pasando, más tarde, a una breve explicación teórica de las bases de desarrollo de un diseño proyectual.

En una primera aproximación, se hará una breve introducción al mundo de los ¿vapeadores¿ y se diferenciará el tipo sobre el cuál trabajaremos con el fin de contextualizar el trabajo y facilitar su compresión. Seguiremos con un análisis del mercado actual del producto con un estudio de las demandas de usuario y de la competencia que dará pie al desarrollo del trabajo. Este englobará el uso de distintas herramientas fundamentales para el éxito del mismo, tales como matrices relacionales, QFD y otras.

Finalmente, se aplicarán los resultados de esta segunda parte a la implementación en SAP. Lo que nos permitirá especificar los materiales, proveedores, tiempos, presupuesto y demás elementos de gestión que nos permitan encuadrar el diseño de una manera correcta.

[EN] The objective of this Final Degree Project is to simulate the realization of an electronic cigarette design project within a fictitious multinational company using the SAP enterprise resource planning software as support. In the first part of the writing the motivations, objectives and antecedents of the same are detailed, going, later, to a brief theoretical explanation of the bases of development of a project design.

In a first approach, there will be a brief introduction to the world of "vapers" and the type on which we will work will be differentiated in order to contextualize the work and facilitate its understanding. We will continue with an analysis of the current market of the product with a study of user demands and competition that will lead to the development of the work. This will include the use of different fundamental tools for its success, such as relational matrices, QFD and others.

Finally, the results of this second part will be applied to the implementation in SAP. This will allow us to specify the materials, suppliers, times, budget and other management elements that allow us to frame the design in a correct way.
