Proyecto Técnico de Infraestructuras Comunes de Telecomunicaciones (ICT) de un edificio de 19 viviendas en el municipio de Pedreguer (Alicante)

Abstract

[ES] Este proyecto se basa en el diseño de la red de infraestructuras comunes de telecomunicaciones (ICT) de un edificio formado por 19 viviendas distribuidas entre planta baja y 4 alturas en el municipio de Pedreguer (Alicante). El proyecto sigue la normativa de RD 346/2011 del Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio con su actualización de Orden ECE/983/2019. Se dotará al edificio propuesto de instalaciones para atender los servicios de televisión terrestre y satélite, telefonía y telecomunicaciones por cable, mediante cable de pares telefónico/cable de pares trenzado, cable coaxial y cable de fibra óptica. En el proyecto se trabajará con planos reales y se incluirán y explicarán los cálculos realizados, además de los planos de la instalación, un presupuesto completo, pliego de condiciones técnicas y los correspondientes anexos.

[EN] This project is based on the design of the network of common telecommunications infrastructures (ICT) of a building consisting of 19 homes distributed between ground floor and 4 floors in the municipality of Pedreguer (Alicante). The project follows the regulations of RD 346/2011 of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce with its update of Order ECE / 983/2019. The proposed building will be equipped with facilities to serve terrestrial and satellite television, telephony and cable telecommunications services, using telephone pair cable / twisted pair cable, coaxial cable and fiber optic cable. The project will work with real plans and the calculations made will be included and explained, in addition to the installation plans, a full budget, technical specifications and the corresponding annexes.
