Abstract

[ES] El proyecto nace de la nueva corriente del "openwork" y el "coworking", donde los espacios de trabajo destacan por su libertad y su predisposición a crear sinergias entre trabajadores de distintos campos y/o empresas. Por otro lado, el edificio parte con la idea de adaptarse al entorno, en este caso un parque lineal, para ello el parque entra en el edificio sobre la cubierta de PB, mientras que en esta aparecen diferentes patios que responden a su ubicación y a los espacios a los que se vuelcan, liberando el interior del mismo.
