Propuesta de Actualización del Plan Nacional de Servicios Logísticos del Perú

[ES] Este trabajo pretende caracterizar el contexto socioeconómico del Perú y, en base a algunas cadenas productivas estratégicas clave y los últimos planes del ámbito logístico promovidos en el país, evaluar las fortalezas y debilidades de la infraestructura y calidad de los servicios logísticos del Perú. El trabajo valida estas conclusiones mediante entrevistas realizadas a empresas, organizaciones y gremios estratégicos y propone un Plan de Acciones Inmediatas de cara a actualizar el Plan Nacional de Servicios Logísticos del Perú.

[EN] This academic paper aims to characterise the social and economic Peruvian context and, based on some key strategic production chains and the latest logistics plans promoted in the country, to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the infrastructure and quality of logistics services in Peru. The work validates these conclusions through interviews with companies, organisations and strategic associations and proposes a Plan of Immediate Actions to update the National Plan for Logistics Services in Peru.
